Does my property qualify for the offers from The Offer Warehouse?

TheOfferWarehouse.com solicits offers that apply to properties generally meeting the below Criteria:

  • Single-family homes, condos and townhomes constructed after 1960
  • Homes with clear title and not leased at time of closing
  • Homes must not have solar leases, major foundation issues, polybutylene plumbing, and unpermitted additions.
  • Homes on land less than an acre and outside of a flood zone

Home doesn’t fit the above criteria? No worries, we can still help!

We know every home doesn’t fit into the neat box described above. We maintain relationships with investors who buy non-conforming properties as well. It just takes a few more days to collect offers – that’s all. Plus, we can still provide a traditional selling option as well.
